Responsibilities

Handling ETF/EPF matters.

Issue trainee agreements to trainees.

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Support employee engagement and training initiatives.

Assist in maintaining HR records and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals in HR/Management.

Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel.

Communication skills in English and Sinhala.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
