HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Profile

Maintain Employee records and compliance-related documentation

Ensure Compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Maintain and update employee personal files, EPF/ETF documents

Support onboarding & off boarding processes

Liaise with regulatory bodies, licensing authorities, law enforcement and government agencies as needed to manage compliance inquiries.

Support Accounts team in general activities as needed.

Job description

The candidate should meet the below criteria.

Bachelors or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a similar field

A minimum 2 years’ experience in the relevant field

Proficiency in MS Office Package

Handling of EPF/ETF Matters

Be able to prepare compliance documents

Having Knowledge of labor legislation

Positive Attitude and a Good Team Player

Have a proven track record

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
