Assistant Manager – Human Resources

A vacancy exists for a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic person to join the Human Resources Development Department of EY Sri Lanka.
Your role will include handling the HR functions of a service line which would include recruitment, resignations, performance management & exit interviews reporting to the head of HRD.
The right candidate should possess,
- At least 3-4 years minimum hands-on HR experience and a qualification in HR
- Good Command of the English language
- Exceptional team -working skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to work to strict deadlines while meeting high quality expectations - Proficiency in MS office applications, especially power point and excel
