Opportunity to work from home in Sri lanka (WFH) for a leading Travel Company in Australia
We are looking to hire a Travel Assistant in Sri Lanka for our ticketing operations.
Selected candidates will receive remuneration that is 2X what they could earn in a similar role at a Sri Lankan company. along with rostered working hours.
Travel Assistant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct the sales and reservation of air tickets.
- Consulting the clients on the best suitable travel dates, times, connections, costs, baggage and limits and medical and visa requirements.
- Manage all stakeholder complaints and take necessary action to resolve and submit reports to the manager.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals in the standard company format
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in airline ticketing will be an added advantage
Passed GCE O/L or equivalent.
- No experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Multilingualism is a plus.
