Technical officer – Power Systems Planning & Projects

The Job

  • Work order creation for power related activities and follow up the completion with regional teams

Supportive role for power infrastructure planning for all access sites in the Dialog network.

BOM, BOQ validation for new sites, upgrades and work with regional team for dependency clearance for network upgrades

Coordinating & processing divisional PO requirement and maintaining the related trackers with all details.

Power material management and maintaining the details with In/out and manage the buffer stock for urgent project requirements

  • Implementation of the process for accurate & timely data update of power database

Responsible for division process preparation, maintenance & documentation and identify any optimization (re-engineering) processes within the division.

Identifying divisional dashboard requirements by coordinating the team and ensure the timely implementations & updating of the dashboards

  • Supportive role for any other digitalization assistance for other divisional requests.

Data extraction from monitoring platforms and databases and preparing data reports to meet divisional requirements.

The Person

NVQ/IVQ Level 5 qualification specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or

NDES/HNDE/ NDT specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics/ Diploma in Technology (OUSL) / Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Technology

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
