STORES OFFICER – MALABE/WANDURAMULLA

ROLE PROFILE

Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against delivery documents.

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including stock counts, adjustments, and replenishments.

Organize and optimize warehouse space to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of items.

Monitor stock movement and turnover rates, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items for appropriate action.

Process requests for materials and supplies from various departments, ensuring timely and accurate issuance.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods between departments.

Generate and maintain documentation related to stock transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.

Prepare regular reports on inventory status, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree/Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
