Preferably with previous sales or marketing experience

Academic and professional qualifications would be added advantage

Attending customer meetings and product demonstrations

Map potential customers and achievements of the given targets

Strong communication skills and Excellent PR Skills

Age between 20-40, possess a valid bike license

SHOWROOM COORDINATOR

NEGOMBO BRANCH

Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.

Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate Customer care division.

Provide timely and clear communication with customers and team members.

Transfer leads generated from the showroom to the CRM team for follow-up.

Handle daily collection of payments and hand over to the finance department.

Coordinate with relevant parties for any repairs required on showroom samples.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service or showroom environment is an advantage.

Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
