Your primary responsibilities includes,

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
The ideal candidate should possess:

Age below 35 years of age
Degree in Supply Chain / Business / Logistic Management / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or an Equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3- 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity in Rubber or Plastic Product Manufacturing industry or related Industry.

• Sound knowledge and Experience on Import & Export Procedures/ Regulatory Authority Approval / Import Control Licence / Sourcing from International Markets
• Sound knowledge on international and Local Supply markets behaviors and Analytical Skills & Problem Solving Skills

  Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala are essential and skills on other Language will be considered as an added qualification
  Ability to work through ERP System and Good computer literacy on Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent PR skills and Self-motivated, passionate individual with positive attitude

  Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple duties independently at a given time while achieving the required targets
