SALES & ADMIN ASSOCIATE
A COMPANY ENGAGED IN PROVIDING PACKAGING SOLUTION LOCATED IN WATTALA
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated candidate possessing exceptional communication skills to perform sales and administrative activities.
Candidate Prerequisites
Minimum 01 year and above working experience in sales / admin is must
Successfully complete secondary level education (GCE A/L)
Diploma/Certificate level qualification from a recognized institution would be added advantage Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (both written and verbal)
Pleasant personality with positive attitude & strong public relation skills
High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Age between 22 – 35
High level of professionalism
Multi-tasking & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of invoice, billing, and related documents
Coordinate with clients in debtor collection
Maintain stock in stationery and other day-to-day requirements
Assist in report and record keeping
Assist Manager Sales on her day-to-day activities
