Resolution Officer
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling customer inquiries, conducting workplace investigations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and best practices related to workplace investigation.
