RESERVATIONS N INTERN

This position offers hands-on experience in a fast paced environment, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient reservation processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Good command in English.

• G.C.E A/L

Minimum of 18 months of hospitality experience is an added advantage.

• Ability to pay attention to details and maintain accurate records.

Hospitality sector knowledge, including familiarity with industry trends, is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter and book room reservations in the PMS.

• Update reservation details to ensure flawless chcek-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel features.
• Answer telephone/ WhatsApp and email inquiries in a timely manner.
