- RECEPTIONIST (HEAD OFFICE)
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional demeanor.
Answer incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments, or take massages accurately.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
With the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients and employees.
- INVENTORY MANAGER / EXECUTIVE (RANMAL HOTEL)
Previous experience in a cutlery crockery inventory system, f&b and housekeeping.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities are main strengths.
Reports on such factors as inventory levels, supply chain performance and
procedural efficiency to top management.
Analyses demand to forecast future supply and logistical requirements.
Identify ways to improve inventory management procedures by creating a tracking system for your inventory.
- MARKETING EXECUTIVE (RANMAL HOTEL)
Excellent social media marketing knowledge.
Responsible for maximizing a hotel’s revenues by developing programmes to increase occupancy.
A candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer need.
Achieving the sales performance required by the company.
