Quality Assurance Assistant

Your primary responsibilities includes,

Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

Document and report quality issues or non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide support during internal and external quality audits.

Contribute to the development and review of quality control procedures and documentation.

Assist in training employees on quality assurance processes and standards.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Preferably between the ages of 23 and 27.

Strong academic background with G.C.E A/L (Science/Maths stream).

a credit pass in English at G.C.E. (O/L).

Possession of a PRI certificate and relevant training or experience in the rubber-related industry.

experience in quality assurance.

Familiarity with operating ISO 9000 QMS in a factory environment.

Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to comprehend technical manufacturing processes and work independently.
