JOB PROFILE

Supplier Management: Mentifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based un criteria such as quality, reliability, prising, anil delivery timelines, Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and negotiating contruns and terms of agreenems to ensure favourable terms and conditions.

Purchase Order Prooening: Creating and managing purchase order in initiate the procurement prисм Verdying purchase mquisitions, obtaining necessary approvals, and emuring timely and accurate ismamer of purchase onders to suppliers.

Inventory Management Monitoring invemory level and ensuring that adequate muck is maintained to meet

operational nend Collaborating with initial stakeholders to determine inventory requirements and optimizing invvatory levels

Price Negotiation: Negotiating with suppliers in secure competitive prices for goods and services. Conducting price analysis and cist comparisons to ensure cost effectiveness and value for anoney.

Purchase Requisition Review: Reviewing purchase respuisitions and anessing their accuracy, completeness and complaner with seganinational pulicies and procedures. Sevking clarificatioms frum reparners when necessary and making sdjustments as required.

Supplies performance evaluation Evaluating applies performance based on predefined key performance indicates (KPI) such as quality, delivery, and requniveness, Addreuing any supplier-related us or concerns and implementing curmctive actiom when nevesary

Coorrart Management: Managing contracts with suppliers, including contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, Ensuring that contact terms are adhered to and that the Organization’s intereses are protected. REQUIREMENTS
