Vacancy for Project Officer

Qualifications and experience required for the role;

  • A Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years’ work experience in the development/non-profit sector.
  • Knowledge about trans and gender diverse persons in Sri Lanka and the challenges they face.
  • Empathy and respect towards persons with diverse sexual and gender identities.
  • Active network with development/non-profit sector stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with MS Office applications.
  • Effective communication and management skills. • Fluency in English, and Tamil or Sinhalese is a must.
  • Event coordination and Project Management skills.
