POST OF INTERN – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

• Undergraduates of a university/reputed institute or any other recognized IT qualification in the relevant

field

Fair knowledge of handling computer hardware, network, and related devices

Knowledge of Microsoft servers, databases (MS SQL), and Windows OS Fair knowledge of open-source systems

Knowledge of ERP, MIS systems

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HARDWARE AND NETWORK

Troubleshooting computer hardware, software and network-related issues

◊ Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of the network; including WAN/LAN, network routers, switches, and firewalls

Install and maintain operating systems and related applications in both servers and client PCs

(Both Windows and Macintosh)

APPLICATION AND SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

• Develop Custom reports for the ERP system using SSRS reports and report builder Support IT department to maintain servers (Microsoft Server) and databases (MS SQL)
• Provides technical/functional support relating to various applications, including ERP
• Develop and manage Microsoft Power BI dashboards with requirement analysis
