The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and eager IT intern to join our vibrant team for 3-6 months. Be ready to learn the ropes, support exciting projects, and gain valuable hands-on experience in various IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-users, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.

Maintain IT inventory and assist with procurement.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.

Provide IT training and support to employees.

Collaborate with vendors for additional support

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in IT or a related field.

Passion for helpdesk or technical support.

Experience with Windows and other operating systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Network, Security and Microsoft Certifications

Living close to Makandura (Northwestern Province) is preferred.
