- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Record-Keeping.
Liaising with internal departments.
- Answering calls.
- Making travel arrangements.
Managing internal and external correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and sending reminders.
Copying, scanning, posting, and emailing documents.
Immaculate English Language Writing Skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
Part-Qualification in any related field.
1-2 years’ experience required.
Excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
