Qualifications

Passed G.C.E. Advance Level

Full or Part Qualification in Business Management Degree

Requirements

Good command of English and Sinhala, Tamil an added benefit

Strong organization and time management ability

Professionalism in Appearance & Attitude

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the similar capacity

Responsibilities of the position

Manage special projects by following up on important tasks, meeting deadlines, and tracking detailed actionable items.

Provide meeting summaries and supporting documents in preparation for scheduled meetings.

Compile minutes, documentation, reports, presentations, etc.

General visits to the customer service centers.
