We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as an Office Assistant at our Dunlopillo showroom located in Nawala. The selected candidate who displays promise and performs up to expectations could look forward to a steady career with an attractive remuneration package. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Good knowledge in Sales, Customer service or Marketing environment.

Identify sales prospects and contacts through the internet, intranet, social-media,

trade shows and other means; correspond with current clients and ensure their needs.

are met in a consistent manner.

Must be fluent in English including excellent writing skills.

Communicate with Internal Operations to ensure client’s orders are processed and delivered to the client within a specific period.

Prepare and Present weekly reports related to monthly orders, customer complaints, revenue collection and new leads. Respond to inquiries and complaints from clients and continue to provide solutions;

exceeding our client’s expectations is a must. Identify and resolve each client’s concerns. Communicate and develop relationships with clients. Follow-up and feedback are a must. Follow company protocol for client complaints.

Excellent computer skills are a Must.

Education:

Completed the Secondary education (A/L)

A Diploma in business management, marketing, or any other field (CIM/SLIM) is added advantageous.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail environment is an asset.
