Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Reports To: Founder/Lawyer

Job Overview:

Provide a variety of duties to support to the office operations and lawyer, including drafting documents specially reports, conducting legal research, and maintaining and organizing files. Also help Manager prepare for corporate meetings, sending client updates and follow-up. Provide reports of the raids and investigations which will be sent to the clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide good assistance to Lawyer.

Filing emails properly.

Following-up instructions from the client/UAE Manager.

Sending updates of hearings.

Making raid reports and investigation reports.

Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines.

Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact, communicating case progress.

Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.

Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the office calendar and making travel arrangements if necessary.

Handling communication.

Creating conflict checks and issuing invoices.

Handling communication with the associates in other countries.

Updating client database.

Handling Audit request from the clients.

Converting Images and documents for clients.

Assisting research team when necessary.

Or any other work the management may ask.

Qualifications:

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (any subject)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as Admin

Specific Skills:

Ability to work under pressure. Reporting skills, Research Skills, Confidentiality, Dependability and Client Confidentiality.
