Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Maintaining client activities in CRM
• Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and other platforms to reach the target audience

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
• Sound experience in Digital Marketing & IT
• School leavers are encourage to apply
• Candidates around the Colombo area are preferred
