MANAGER MARKETING
The Job
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies which increase brand awareness as
well as drive key user growth metrics such as customer acquisition, activation and retention.
- Crafting and executing the brand strategy to ensure the vision of company is achieved.
- Drive digital engagement via right profiling and engagement techniques.
- Understand the profile of the target audience and establish brand positioning, corporate ID and increase visibility to improve brand recall.
- Design, develop and manage strategies and execution of brand campaigns to educate potential users, drive
customer value and enhance brand equity. • Analyze, review and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and ensure they are aligned with our growth
KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, ROI, etc.). • Manage communications across all channels (digital marketing, events, email marketing, content, offline
marketing etc.) and ensure consistency in branding across all communications and touch points.
- Work with business owners to align to business targets and develop relevant GTM strategies for all products and new product launches.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget of the business units and continuously work to enhance ROI.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Gain understanding and be up to date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing space.
- Manage company’s social media presence across all social media platforms and improve social media engagement.
Familiarity in CBSL regulations for marketing in Non-Banking Financial Institutions.
The Person
Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing Communication in a digital business environment.
Bachelors’ or Professional qualification in Marketing is a must.
High level of creativity and ability to produce innovative and original concepts.
Excellent communication skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to multi-task while meeting delivery deadlines.
Attention to detail is a must
