Future Life witnessed the beginning of Future Life Investment in 2016, with a single place of operation in Gampaha; the micro-finance operation has grown into 50 places of operation and over 850 staff members are handling over 95,000 customers covering all most all the districts in the country within 6 years. Even though microfinancing is the core business of the company,

FLi has commenced implementing its diversification strategy to explore new dimensions in Trading, Pharmaceuticals, Travel & Leisure, Health Care, IT & Advertising to achieve its sole purpose; “Enrich Lives through mutually beneficial and respectful relationships”.

We Require

• Bachelor’s degree in sociology or Social Science from a recognized university
• At least one year experience in coaching, mentioring and public speaking
• Presentation and Public speaking ability is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tamil language fluency will be an added advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Should be able to travel frequently
