Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/project management or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year or more work experience in a related job.
• Proficiency in project management skills and Microsoft Office software skills.
• Effective organizational skills, communication, managing finances, and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities while having a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Added advantage if the candidate can drive specifically a manual vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive administrative support to the team, covering finance management, documentation, and data entry.
• Efficiently schedule meetings and manage follow-up activities with project managers.
• Analyze and monitor challenges and issues arising in projects, engage in discussions, and find solutions with project managers.
• Ensure diligent oversight of project timelines, maintaining vigilance to uphold scheduled work completion.
