JUNIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER
YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE….
Oversee and guide all aspects of civil engineering work, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
Generate detailed drawings and diagrams to accurately convey project specifications and requirements.
Compile comprehensive BOQs to outline the materials, labor, and other costs associated with projects.
Regularly prepare valuations and detailed cost reports to monitor project financials and ensure budget compliance.
Efficiently manage and prepare all necessary technical documentation and correspondence to support project progress and communication.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and resolve any on-site issues.
Maintain meticulous records of all project-related documents, correspondence, and reports for accountability and reference.
REQUIREMENTS
Possession of NCT/NDES/HNDE in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building projects, preferably in a junior technical officer role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and
collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Competence in using standard office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
