IT TECH SUPPORT

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE INDIVIDUALS TO BE PLACED AT OUR CUSTOMER SITES

REQUIREMENT:

• Excellent knowledge of Network protocols.
• Knowledge of Configuration of Wireless Controllers and Access Points.
• General background in networking/ISP – knowledge of ISP-type services, DNS.
• Good Communication Skills
• Good understanding of IT security and Data protection

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Any Graduation
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate across with users

Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills

• Ability to manage through organizational change
