IT SUPPORT TECHNICIANS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 06 months of working experience.
• Diploma or NVQ Level 4 completed in Information Technology, computer science, or related field.
• Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system, and active directory.
