Responsibilities

Requirements

Managing IT Helpdesk by attending to user Issues, queries prioritizing tasks based on impact.

Configuration/Installation of Computer Hardware, Applications, and infrastructure maintenance.

Manage Security & Compliance ratings.

User support for application related issues and concerns

Managing and Maintenance of IT Assets & Equipment

Individual should possess a bachelor’s degree in IT/relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

Knowledge in Windows 10/11 and 0365 is essential.

Excellent communication, presentation skills, can-do attitude, and interpersonal skills.
