IT OFFICER

LOCATION-HEAD OFFICE

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT systems.

Setting up and maintaining the organization’s computer networks, including troubleshooting network issues ensuring network security.

Managing and maintaining the organization’s hardware, such as computers, servers, and peripherals, as well as installing and updating software as needed.

Ensuring the security and integrity of the organization’s data, including backing up data regularly and implementing data security measures.

Providing technical support to users within the organization, helping them with IT-related issues and questions.

Implementing and managing security measures to protect the organization’s IT systems and data from cyber threats.

Maintaining documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

The ideal candidate should possess:

A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.

Previous experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field is often required.

IT officers often need to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, so strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Must have knowledge of Networking & Hardware.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
