Ocean Foods Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd is a leading canned fish manufacturing company, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers in Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Executive to join our team and oversee the successful execution of various projects within our organization.

IT Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the operation of our company’s ERP system, ensuring its seamless functionality and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements to meet business requirements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system users, promptly resolving any issues that may arise.

Conduct regular system audits to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Coordinate comprehensive training programs to educate employees on ERP system usage and best practices.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in operating and managing ERP systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of ERP system functionality, configuration, and administration.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ERP systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Negombo, with occasional (3 days) travel to Puttalam.

The successful candidate would be provided with the competitive remuneration package on par with industrial standards and qualifications.
