We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated and result-oriented candidates for the following position.

IT Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience in IT field

•Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Experience with desktop support, including software installation and configuration.

Ability to provide efficient and timely technical support to end-users.

Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, printers, and other hardware.

Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

Assist in maintaining and enforcing IT security policies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures.
