Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a results-oriented person to help our company’s IT infrastructure at head office. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and all IT devices.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining Ethernet and other internet connected devices.

Trouble shooting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, or any other IT devices.

Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software.

• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

Help seniors to keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Requirements

Under graduate in IT related degree from recognize institute.

• Knowledge in IT systems, networks, IT devices and related technologies are added advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to learn new things.
