HR ASSISTANT
As HR Assistant, you will be required to a part of the Strategic HR Business Partnering team who will assist in aligning People strategy with our business strategy. We are looking for a growth-oriented individual who has a passion for people management in a factory environment.
Qualifications and Competencies required
Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputed university or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management
1-2 years of working experience in human resources management
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Excellent working knowledge in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint / Canva / Success Factors (HRIS)
Strong organization and time management skills
Interest in working in a unionized environment with both executive & non- executive associates
This is a Fixed Term Contract for only one year
