Freshnet is the latest venture of Delmo Chicken & Agro (Pvt) Ltd., that aiming to provide a novel experience in shopping of fresh & quality groceries and household products. We need the services of a following professionals to run the finance team of Delmo Freshnet supermarket chain.

Head of Operations – Supermarkets

Responsibilities

The Head of Operations plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, maximizing productivity, and delivering a seamless shopping experience for customers in the supermarket environment.Responsible for the total operations of the all supermarkets in the FRESHNET supermarket chain, including:

Store Management

Staff recruitment, Supervision and training

Inventory Management

Merchandising and Product Display

Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Management

Quality Control and Compliance

Financial Management

Supplier and Vendor Management

Operational Planning and Improvement.

Profile

Should have at least 5 years of experience in senior level as operations manager or executive.

• Thorough knowledge on all aspects of operations of supermarket chain.

Should be a strategic thinker

Possession of professional qualifications (SLIM/CIM) or any other relevant field would be

an advantage. Should be results oriented and proactive.

Profile
