FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT / TRAINEE FEMALE
- Must be knowledge about MS OFFICE + Points for knowledge about Benz and vehicles parts related.
WE DO: BRAND NEW EUROPEAN Automotive Spare Parts Wholesale & Retails in Sri Lanka and All Over the World. (IMPORT & EXPORT)
JOB Requirement:
- EXPERIENCE: Above 01 Years
- EDUCATIONAL: O/L Exam Completed.
- Must be Knowledge about MS OFFICE PACKAGES / Email & Basic Computer Knowledge.
Pleasant Personality with Excellent Customer Relations Skills.
Liaising With All the Department for Operational Purpose.
Reconciles Processed Work by Verifying Entries and Comparing System Reports to Balances.
Provides Financial Information to Management by Researching and Analyzing Accounting Data, Preparing Reports.
Able To Work Independently with Minium Supervision.
Basic Knowledge of Customer Invoice Printing, Payment Follow-Up, and Warranty or Return Order Follow-Up.
- Educational Qualification Knowledge in Sales and Marketing Will Be Plus.
- points for Knowledge about Mercedes Benz and vehicle’s part related.
Customer handling by Over the Phone and front office.
Energetic and hard work.
Handling billing and cash flow.
Full Time Job.
Age 20+ and Below 30.
