Five Vacancies for Management Trainee Lean

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Management Trainee – Lean, tasked with driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.

Technical & Soft Skills

Lean Six sigma background/ Internship.

Statistical Analytical skill.

People convincing and negotiation abilities is must.

Training and Presentation.

Problem solving and Coaching.

Computer literacy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Science degree or Diploma in Mathematical/Technology/Mechanical/Engineering/Commerce /Arts background from a recognize institution.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is highly desirable.

We are looking for….

BIQ-Handling on statistical software will be an added advantage (Minitab, SAS, SPSS, etc.)

TPM & QCO-Mechanical/Engineering education background is preferred / Machine Maintenance and PLC

experience will be an added advantage.

Talent Development & Standardization – Training and Development experience will be an added advantage.

Performance & Problem solving – Statistical Analytical skill/ Power BI and dashboard development will be an added

advantage.
