2. DEPARTMENT and ROLE DESCRIPTION

Accurately input all information from hotel contracts into the Tour Plan system.

Maintain comprehensive records and provide weekly updates to both the team and managers.

Update the system with new hotels and their respective rates as provided by team members.

Ensure that all hotel rates are kept current and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.

Successful completion of the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination.

Basic mathematical knowledge.

Proficient in data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications (especially Excel).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment..

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Possess an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
