Customer Support Associate

Job Profile

Manage warranty administration and service contract records.

Coordinate AMC renewals and customer retention activities.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback.

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with customers and service teams.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.

Maintain customer records and service documentation.

Personal Profile & Skills

Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in similar role will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
