Job Profile:

Need to respond to all telephone calls and emails, analyze the customer problems and inquiries and to provide the necessary solution within a minimum time period. Provide an effective customer service experience and product related information to all customers visiting the outlet. Take the ownership and follow-up until the job assigned is successfully completed. Assist the customer on how to use the products. Work productively on a continuous basis in order to achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

School leavers, Undergraduates & Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good command of English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written is essential.

Ability to speak in Tamil will be an added advantage.

Should be familiar with MS Office package.

Candidate should be below 30 years of age.

Male candidates are preferred.

Ability to work from Monday to Friday (At 08:30am-06:30pm) and Saturday half a day (At 08:30am- 02:30pm).

Should be a Team Player who can work in a target driven environment.

Minimum salary range LKR 30,000 to 75,000

The selected candidates will be recruited as Customer Service Officer (Frontline) on contractual basis and on the job training will be provided.
