Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling outbound calls effectively
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide product-related information and solutions for customers.
  • Maintain accurate official records & assisting day to day operational work.

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills

  • Passed GCE O/L with “S” pass for mathematics and English subjects.
  • Successfully completed GCE A/L examination.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (written and spoken both)
  • Age above 20 years
  • Sound knowledge of MS office packages
  • School leavers are also encouraged to apply
