Responsibilities
- Handling outbound calls effectively
- Understand and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide product-related information and solutions for customers.
- Maintain accurate official records & assisting day to day operational work.
Qualifications, Competencies & Skills
- Passed GCE O/L with “S” pass for mathematics and English subjects.
- Successfully completed GCE A/L examination.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (written and spoken both)
- Age above 20 years
- Sound knowledge of MS office packages
