LOCATION: COLOMBO

For the above-mentioned position, we are looking for a candidate who is willing to take accountability for handling the LAUGFS Car Care outlet and be an inspiring team leader.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, guiding, and providing assistance to the staff.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow up. The ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative ideas to increase sales.

Deal with all issues that arise from customers

Manage location inventory and ensure it’s all documented

THE REQUIREMENTS

Should possess 03 years’ experience in handling an outlet’s management and a proven track record. Should have the ability to drive center staff to achieve the company’s objectives.

Possessing higher professional qualifications Quill be a distinct advantage.

Good communication skills in English language will be an added advantage.
