Arthavida Intermediary Limited (AIL) is a guaranteed micro-finance company which is registered under NGO Secretariat, Companies Act and regulate as per the Microfinance Act having more than 31 years of history working towards the eradication of poverty in Sri Lanka. In keeping with our future expansion program, we are looking personnel for following positions who are self-motivated, energetic team players with exceptional analytical skills and solid knowledge in Micro Finance activities for our Head Office.
Business Promotion cum Recovery
Officer
Based in Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct proper follow
pending payments.
Credit Assistant Based in Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with department of daily
up on
operations.
•
Provide support services Manager.
to
Credit
• Assist in monitoring past due accounts and contacting customers
to make collections attempts.
Prepare monthly rental collection plan.
• Negotiate with clients and provide solutions to their recovery related issues.
Coordinate with Business Promotion activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Sound knowledge in credit &
recovery management.
• Experience
Development
in Community
programs,
Entrepreneurship, SME Finance. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attractive personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
in sales and marketing.
• Computer literacy
Gathering Credit reports, financial reports
and other data for credit analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Coordinate with quality credit lending programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Successfully Completed G.C.E. A/L
• Excellent communication skills with sound education relevant to credit and marketing.
• Attractive personality with good interpersonal skills.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferably in a bank or financial institution.
