EY Sri Lanka is looking for Experienced Hires who have over 1 year of audit experience. (Candidates with no experience will not be considered

for this position. This is not a Audit trainee vacancy.)

The following skills are also required,

Part qualification in CA-SL/CIMA/ACCA/CMA

Excellent client service and communication skills and the ability to lead assignments in challenging environments

The ability to identify client’s needs, together with commercial awareness and problem-solving skills to deliver value added services

Team working skills and the ability to coach and motivate others

The ability to work productively with regulators and multidisciplinary teams
