ASSOCIATE – FINANCE

CAREER PROFILE

• Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and authorize for payments
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments and monitor the accuracy of AR function
• Provide financial information to support management decisions

Generate and analyze aging reports to track overdue payments

• Monitor inventory transactions in all BOI related locations
• Implement and maintain inventory valuation methods
• Analyze costs related to inventory, including purchase costs, holding costs etc.
• Ensure finalization of the VAT returned and obtain superior approval and forward it to Tax division

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Finance Management
• Part qualification in CA/CIMA/CMA
• 01 year experience in the similar capacity
• Proficiency in MS Office package
