Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator at Stafford Motor Company, you will play a sentire
company’s compliance with basic regulatory requirements. You will work pomaly with
provide essential support in govermanes and corporate administration
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communicational skills in verbal & written as it is essential in communicating with relevant stakeholders of the organization.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas.
- Coordinate special project of the group and ability to interact with various stockholder.
- Display the ability to work independently, handling tasks with minimum supervision. Be attentive to details while maintaining proper record system.
Requirements
Age below 30 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 1-2 year proven working experience in a secretarial environment (Not Mandatory)
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously attending to matters of the organization, letter drafting, email handling, arranging meetings is often required)
