ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Manage payroll tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Draft letters, emails and other correspondence as required.
Take precise meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to other team members.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain and organize files, records and documents.
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn & adapt in a fast-paced environment.
