IS HIRING AN ACCOUNTANT!

We are looking for an individual to fill in for the position of an Accountant for Dimuthu Bake House (Pvt) Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating all payment related matters.

Handling Petty cash.

Updating and maintaining accounting system with payments and receipts.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Engage in stock verification and valuation.

Managing payroll. EPF and ETF.

Coordinate and oversee all corporate tax matters, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.

Conduct regular reviews of internal controls to identify and address any weaknesses. Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Preparing monthly/quarterly/ yearly financial statements and ad-hoc reports.

Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and

financial forecasts.

Carrying out other activities as required in the function

Qualifications:

Part qualification in ICASL/AAT

Proficient knowledge in Quick Book Online Accounting Package and Desktop Package

Microsoft Office Package.

2 years of experience in similar capacity

Excellent negotiation, analytical and administration skills.

Residence near Ragama area is an added advantage.
