WE ARE LOOKING FOR IT COORDINATOR NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER

Job Responsibilities

Monitoring customer network infrastructure in a 24/7 shift setup. with a focus on incident response and coordination with technical teams,

Overseeing the infrastructure of networks.

Network problems must be quickly identified and fixed.

Ensuring optimal performance of the network.

Ensuring system stability by proactively resolving potential issues.

Educational Qualifications

Recent graduates or holders of a diploma/higher national diploma.

IT vendor certifications will be considered as an added advantage.

Professional Skills & Experience

Strong focus and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An excellent team player

Proficient in documenting and resolving issues
