WE ARE HIRING RESTAURANT MANAGER WAITER/BARMAN ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Age should be between 35-45 years
Professional level qualification (Full or Part) in Hospitality Management or any other equivalent degree
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in reputed firm in the food & Beverage industry
Good knowledge in handling POS Software
Flexibility to adopt & respond to a range of different work situations based on F&B industry nature with good Problem solving, Planning & Organizing Skills
High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive & confidential company information
Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a Positive attitude
WAITER
Age below 35 years
Fair knowledge in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter in a recognized Hotel/Restaurant
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting
A strong team player with a positive attitude
BARMAN
Age below 35 years
Fluent in Sinhala & English
Minimum 2 years of experience in making cocktails
Ability to maintain Inventory and books related to the bar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong team player with a positive attitude
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Age below 28 years
Minimum 02 years’ Experience in a Accountancy or Finance
Part/Fully qualification of CA/CIMA would be an added advantage
Experience in an Audit Firm will be an added advantage
Hands on experience in Excel and Microsoft Office packages
Good interpersonal & Communication skills
